These rules have been given to us by Monroe County Parks & Rec. All Cutters participants are expected to abide by the turf rules provided by Monroe County Parks & Rec

Synthetic Turf Policies

General:

  • The synthetic turf fields are available to rent for approved uses only.
  • No smoking or tobacco products of any kind. No open flames or grills.
  • No food or beverages of any kind, including gum, seeds, soda and sports drinks. Plain water only.
  • No pets of any kind.
  • No Motorized vehicle, bikes, scooters, skateboards, or similar wheeled items.
  • Chairs of any type are not permitted on the synthetic turf playing surface. Chairs are permissible on concrete sidewalk.
  • Spectators may stand on synthetic playing surface outside field of play.
  • No canopies, tents, or staking of objects into turf.
  • No coolers, containers, or glass bottles of any type.
  • No staking of equipment.
  • No metal cleats or spikes. Molded cleats, turf shoes or running shoes only.
  • No marking, taping, or painting of the fields.
  • The goals and nets provided are not to be dragged on the playing surface.

Field Stewardship:

  • Dispose of all trash properly.
  • Clean footwear prior to entering the fields.
  • Do not pick or pull grass fibers or infill materials on the fields.
  • Do not drag or move goals across the turf.
  • Do not kick or hit balls into fences, benches, or buildings. No climbing fences.
